The Conversion of Housing and Home Management Female Students towards Small Projects for the Production of Gifts for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims

Abstract

This research aims to identify the conversion of housing and home management female students towards small projects for the production of gifts for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The data was collected through a questionnaire applied to a sample of 233 female students , and 52 leaders of Tawafa Employers to get acquainted with their views on small projects of gifts for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims.
Most Important Findings:
- The highest percentage of agreement was for Tawafa Employers respondents towards the existence of small projects for the production of gifts for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, as 98.1% of the research sample preferred having small projects with Saudi hands to produce gifts. 92.3 % of sample members emphasized the possibility of supporting and advertising the small projects, and 96.2 % emphasized providing financing, and 90.4 % emphasized marketing of the product.

- The most important difficulties and problems facing female students in housing and home management to start a small project in the field of gifts for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims were represented in the lack of funding by 72.5%, and the lack of knowledge of the supporting bodies by 67.8%, and 66.5% were unable to complete the administrative transactions of the project، 63.1 % faced difficulty in their financial obligations, 60.9% of the research sample did not receive any guidance from the academic authority, and 58.4% could not market their products.
