Abstract

Knitted fabrics are characterized by flexibility and high resilience resulting from the nature of the structural composition of knitwear lugs and based on the interlock between a group of stitches in the vertical and horizontal directions, which makes the fabrics able to change its shape under the influence of tensile and then return to its original position after the demise of the effect. It is also characterized by high permeability of air, which helps to pass the air through the pores and thus work ventilation and thus be healthy and comfortable for the human body
The ease of care during washing and ironing has made consumers accept them in all types of clothing.Three-dimensional knitted fabrics are a new area of product development to replace the uses of sponge linings in transport equipment, household, sports and medical purposes, as well as industrial purposes. What is new in this area is that the three-dimensional fabrics can be produced on knitting machines that produce two-dimensional fabrics (such as plain jerseys, ribs, balochs, etc )
It can produce three-dimensional fabrics exactly identical to the double Baloch by producing it as a knitted fabric with two separate layers of fabric to be connected by a number of separate yarn spaced between the two layers in a perpendicular plane at an angle of 900 to resemble a sandwich easy to separate into two layers according to For final uses, the yarns that represent the hollow area (sponge-like) of continuous yarn can be of different hardness of continuous polyester, polyamide, polypropylene or any other material in the design of knitted fabrics that allows high ventilation so that the inner layer works Palp for humans to absorb moisture from absorbing water and raw materials working middle area on the spread of moisture and move to the outer layer that allows expulsion outside although it can produce such fabrics on textile machinery
However, knitting machines are the most suitable, whether it is Rachel machines, or circular or rectangular knitting machines. 28/2 The research reached:
1 - The degrees of heat treatment affect both the thickness and weight of the cloth
2 - to design the floor effect on the form of protrusion on the surface of furnishings
3 - Explosion - proof upholstery fabrics with high water absorption on upholstery floor.
