Abstract

The research aims to train girls on the stages of implementing the women's leather handbag according to modern scientific foundations, with solutions to the problems facing girls during the implementation stages.
The research sample consisted of (10) girls aged (15 -20) years enrolled in the Pioneers Association for Development, as well as a sample of specialized professors from the Dermatology and Home Education Departments to arbitrate the research tools.
The research dealt with preparing a training program for girls to train them in the stages of implementing the women's handbag to develop their capabilities and skills to work in the field of small projects that help improve the standard of living for individuals, as a training program was prepared containing theoretical knowledge of the number and tools used in shaping leather, as well as the various techniques used. In the formation and decoration of natural and artificial leather, in addition to the practical skills of the stages of implementing the handmade women's handbag.
The results of the research concluded that there are statistically significant differences in relation to the cognitive achievement test in favor of the post application of the cognitive test, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in relation to the skill test in favor of the post application of the skill test, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing the knowledge and skills of the girls of the research sample in implementing Handmade women's handbag.
