The Effectiveness of Digital Art in Design field and it's role to enrich Saudi Artistic Scene

The research problem is summarized in the inability of the digital artist to produce creative digital works with the same quality and strength as the works of a foreign artist, so the most important research question revolved around: Has the Saudi artist reached a creative stage in making digital designs or digital drawings? The imposition of the most important research also revolved around: the possibility of digital works by a Saudi artist who are weak in capabilities and do not reach creativity in exchange for more creative and beautiful foreign digital works. The research aims to study the artistic case of a group of digital works by Saudi artists and compare them with foreign digital works, and to come up with results that enrich the field of specialization and benefit as a source for specialists in design or digital drawings. In the theoretical framework of the research, the researcher relied on two main axes: The first: the basic concepts of research. The second: the analytical aspect (the research sample). The results of the research came against the expectation of the existence of beautiful works that do not reach the stage of artistic maturity that makes them compete for similar foreign works, and this is due to several reasons, the most important of which is the lack of good establishment in art institutions according to the researcher's point of view.
