The research aims to create home clothing designs suitable for patients with muscular dystrophy and meet their functional and aesthetic needs, in which comfort and care factors are available as one of the important ergonomic criteria, and the ease of wearing and taking off for patients and their caregivers,Muscular dystrophy patients, so it was necessary to meet their requirements of household clothing, and the research followed the applied descriptive approach by making designs (5 men and 5 women) and the research tools were to prepare a questionnaire to investigate some of the problems facing muscle atrophy patients and other questionnaires to evaluate the designs before. Gentlemen, faculty members in specialized colleges and the implementation of designs that achieved the highest results after statistical treatment,The results of the research came to fulfill its hypotheses in terms of: There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the opinions of the referees and patients in achieving ergonomics in the proposed designs for the aesthetic, functional and comfort aspects, as well as the implementation of the “first and seventh” design that obtained the highest evaluation according to the opinions of the arbitrators.
