Abstract

The research aimed to study the relationship between the value and cognitive change in the personality traits of its four sides (aesthetic values and knowledge, social values and knowledges, moral values and knowledges, economic values and knowledges),and Administrative behavior of Youth in its three aspects ( the skill, organizational Structure and, leadership style) and identify the differences between the study sample in each of the value and cognitive change and administrative behavior according to gender (males-females),and according to the living place (country side- town), and identify the nature of the variation in the study sample in the Value and the cognitive change. and administrative behavior of Youth According to the number of family members and the monthly income of the family.
And the use the research tools that Consisted of the general initial data form for Youth, questionnaire of the Value and Cognitive Change in its four Aspects, questionnaire of administrative behavior in its three sides, They Were Applied to a sample Consisting of 500 of males and females Youth they Were randomly selected from different areas in Al-Gharbia Governorate
