Recently, dress accessories have become crucial in art design. They attract different tastes of society. Metallic wires with their various plastic potentialities and high elasticity can be utilized to develop dress accessories. Integrating metallic wires into scarfs using some techniques of wire formation is so creative. Developing art students' creativity is one main goal of art education. So, the current research aimed at utilizing metallic wires in making scarf accessories for developing art students' creativity. The sample of the study was the second year students at the Faculty of Specific Education, Kafr El Shiekh University. The current research may be significant as it provides art students with new techniques in accessories design and formation, develops their creativity and qualifies them for labor market and establishing small projects that may increase their income. Results of the current research revealed experimental group students' utilization of metallic wires' plastic skills in accessories design and formation and the development of their creativity in matching between the formation of metallic wires and their function.
