Abstract

The research aims mainly to study the application of e-learning technology and its relationship to change management in light of coexistence with the Corona pandemic among a sample of university students. The descriptive and analytical method was used, and the research sample included (750) university students, The sample was chosen in arandom and purposeful manner, and the research was applied in the Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University, Department of Home Management and Institutions, and the Faculty of Specific Education, Tanta University, Department of Home Economics, The research tools included a general data form (answered by university students), an e-learning application technology questionnaire that contained questions about the use and preference of e-learning technology, and a closed questionnaire on the e-learning application technology in its three axes (synchronous e-learning application technology, asynchronous e-learning application technology, and education application technology. Electronic Participatory Change Management Questionnaire with its axes (Academic Change Management, Personal Change Management), The results concluded that there is a positive statistically significant correlation at (0.001) between the application of e-learning and the management of change in their axes,One of the most important recommendations was Providing an e-learning advisor advising the university student to help him solve any problem he encounters during e-learning, whether by presenting, Establishing branches for change management units in each college and linking them to a main unit at the university in accordance with regulations and mechanisms.
