The play "The Land of God" ... as an example
Research problem: How did Muhammad Abdel-Hafez Nasif employ his inspiration for history in his theatrical texts?
Importance of the research: The research deals with the extent to which the author Muhammad Nasif benefited from summoning historical figures in his theater.
Research objectives: how Mohamed Abdel-Hafez Nasif employs historical figures in his theater.
Research type : descriptive research. This research is also considered historical research.
The research sample: the play "The Land of God"
research results:
- The research found that all the events of the play "The Land of God" are derived from the historical biography of "Al-Ezz Ibn Abd Al-Salam."
Muhammad Nasif did not add anything new to the life of Izz Ibn Abd al-Salam.
- The play "The Land of God" is nothing but a dramatization of the political life of Al-Ezz Ibn Abd Al-Salam.
The play "The Land of God" is closer to television drama than to theater.-
