Consequences of Broken Families Outcome on Some Problems Facing Middle Adolescence Stage

Abstract

Adolescents who live in a family environment characterized by disintegration and instability are more vulnerable to psychological and social problems. We find that the family which suffers from cracks and breakdowns due to disagreements between parents and constant quarrels between individuals in which are considered among the factors that contribute greatly to the level of achievement, and rebellion.
The main objective is to study the consequences of family disintegration on some of the problems facing youth in middle adolescence "the feelings of psychological security, motivation for education, academic achievement, level of rebellion and stubbornness".
Study Results:
-The percentage of absence of the father was (53.7%) higher than half of the sample, while the percentage of absence of the mother was (36.0%).
In the same way, the highest percentage of the duration of absence was the period of absence from 1: 5 years, where the percentage of the sample size reached (91%).
