A proposed ceramic program for training the mentally disabled as an entrance to a small business for sustainable local development

Abstract

The state is interested in small projects and motivates people with special needs and has provided them with many development programs in many fields through civil institutions and others. It has also established a tender fund, which was established for the benefit of funding associations and bodies that provide services to people with disabilities in all fields, and ceramics is one of the important areas for the mentally disabled. From a psychological, educational and social point of view, hence the idea of training the mentally disabled on some ceramic exercises through which he learns some skills and techniques to be the nucleus of a small project in which he is an active member.
Research problem:
1- What are the appropriate formation methods and techniques that the mentally handicapped can train in the ceramic program to be an effective member in a small ceramic project?
2- Can the mentally handicapped be an active member and participant in a small ceramic project?
Research goal:
Designing a ceramic program to train the mentally handicapped to develop their production capacity to be an active member in a small ceramic project for sustainable local development.
Research hypotheses:
1- It is possible to train the mentally handicapped, the categories of those who are able to learn and those who can be trained, through a proposed ceramic program as an entry point for a small project for sustainable local development?.
