Abstract

Universities are focal point of scientific awareness and cultural progress as they have the responsibilities of enhancing professionalism and stimulating educational competencies to the level of creativity and novelty for the public welfare of society and the country as a whole.
Universities also strive to raise the standard of service till they reach the level of excellence.
In Egypt, there is a notable increase in the age group ranges between 15 and 25 years which is close to 50% of the population as it is a high proportion of this category to be students at universities. Therefore, Egyptian universities whether governmental or private face many challenges that require a high quality of education, increasing in opportunities of training in job-market
it was necessary for department's members to assess satisfaction about work environment for all faculty members and their assistant as a step to carry out continuous and realistic evaluation processes for each element of comprehensive university system in order to guarantee a distinct academic program meets the demands of the labour market , to identify the possible means of development in the current circumstances , to build social capacities and skills , to gain community's confidence and to achieve sustainable development for our beloved Egypt.
