Effectiveness of 3D virtual learning environment (sloodle) in developing Press Release Editing skills among students of Educational Media Department - specific education colleges.
The study aimed to reveal the use of 3D virtual learning environment sloodle in developing the skills of press releases among students of Educational Media, Faculty of Specific Education, Kafrelsheikh University during the Covid-19 Crisis.
The study designed the descriptive-analytical method. The researcher relied on selecting an intended sample of (30) students, who were selected from among those who have sufficient knowledge of dealing with computers and the Internet, to identify the effect of using 3D virtual learning environment in teaching the press release course on developing journalistic editorial skills. I have students in the second year, in the Department of Educational Media at Kafrelsheikh University,
The study achieved several results, including: there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the study sample students in the pre and post-application of the achievement test related to the cognitive aspects of developing press release editing skills among students of the faculties of specific education in favor of the post-application, and there is also a significant difference Statistically at the level (0.01) among the average scores of the study sample students in the pre and post-application of the observation card related to the performance aspects of news editing skills for students of faculties of specific education in favor of the post-application, and the study recommended the development of the 3D virtual learning environment designed in this study to accommodate for the rest of the courses available to students.
