Administrative Capacities and their Role in Empowering Working Women in Light of the Determinants of Human Development

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of administrative capabilities in empowering women working economically, socially and professionally. The research tools were applied to a sample of married women working in different professions and different social and economic levels. The results were based on (General Data Form - Management Capability Scale - Scale) Empowering women) and the research reached the following results:

The most important axes of the administrative capabilities of the research sample were the ability to make decisions and solve problems
The most important dimensions of empowerment of the research sample were social empowerment, followed by occupational empowerment, and economic empowerment.


There are statistically significant differences in the administrative abilities (the ability to effectively use resources - the ability to make decisions and solve problems - the ability to plan well) among women according to the variables of the study and were in favor of (higher educational level - professional level of wives working in higher professions - monthly income Longest working years)
There are statistically significant differences in the dimensions of empowerment of women according to the variables of the study
There is a correlation between the administrative capacities of women and the dimensions of empowerment.
The most influential factors on the administrative capacity educational level and professional level and then the number of years of work and ranked fourth monthly income
The most influential factors on the empowerment of women the number of years of work followed by administrative capacity and then the educational level and fourth place professional level.

The study recommended the necessity of activating the vision of the Arab Republic of Egypt 2030 and the development plans through civil society institutions, human rights institutions and the government, which stipulates the importance of women's participation in building the economy and society and developing their administrative capabilities to reach their empowerment.
