This research aims to enrich men's ihram clothing with some functional and aesthetic techniques that contribute to raising the efficiency of the product, by producing ihram clothing that has the characteristics of the pile product from the inside and is suitable for the functional characteristics, as well as the appearance and characteristics of the plain weave from the outside, with some decorations that are not contrary to Islamic law. Producing fabrics with the following specifications: With several weave structures [2 ground warp pile, 2 ground warp – 1/3 extended plain weft- 1/3 warp- 1/3 warp reverse symmetry- 4/4 reverse symmetry, The thread density is [22 weft / cm - 24 weft / cm - 26 weft / cm], and the pile height is [4 mm - 6 mm), and implementation was carried out using different designs suitable for the Ihram clothes, and some practical tests were applied on the produced fabrics under study to determine their properties. Natural and mechanical, and conducting a questionnaire by presenting the products to some arbitrators of specialists and also to different samples from the men of the local community to choose the best of these products for implementation as Ihram clothing in terms of functional and aesthetic properties. The study concluded that the Ihram cloth is made of 4/4 twill weave inverse symmetry with the pile structure is the best possible composition for the functional and aesthetic properties of performance. The ihram cloth executed with a weft thread density of 26 weft / cm is the best density that can be used to obtain the highest effect on the properties Natural, Functional and Aesthetic Properties, 4 mm Pile Height Perforated Fabric is the best feasible height for most physical and mechanical properties as well as functional and aesthetic performance properties.
