The world has witnessed a number of fundamental changes over the past few years that have affected various aspects of modern life and all economics, such as, social, political and educational institutions around the world with different degrees of progress and growth,
The most important causes of this change representing in scientific revolution that participated in liberation of human energies and investment of natural resources and exploitation of the potential wealth to the extent that the human mind can imagine, the great revolution in the field of communication, and the connection between the parts of the world as well as the integration between the techniques of computers and communications to form The most effective technology in our time.
The results of these variables back to globalization, which provides opportunities for diffusion and the use of energies beyond the local space of any organization, that dealing in production, services and access to some kind of slides in the international markets and sources of resources in different parts of the world, which were accessed by the nearest impossible. On the other side, globalization led to the collapse of the concept of time, whereas time overlapped, the present , the past, and the future have overlapped with the available technologies, turning the time from a constraint to a resource, as the concepts of isolationism and divergence fight each other, in terms of its internal units, alliances concepts which has been dominated, rather than emerged fragmentation, as the concept of knowledge economy becomes the main engine of economic growth, which depends on technical knowledge, creativity and education. The systems are required to develop its management to take high capabilities in terms of perception, principles and increase interest in the skillful aspect of human and scientific methods that rely on this knowledge. In order to promote the benefit of knowledge economy, a proposal on how to benefit from the concepts and mechanisms of applying the concept of knowledge economy to find ways of developing textile education, in particular, as well as finding mechanism to develop the skills of workers within industrial textile organizations by focusing on the innovative skills of students and workers in the textile industrial field and employing the information technology to cooperate and work through teamwork to catch up with the international industry.
Research problem:
1. The absence of innovative activities in the process of textile education.
2. The absence of systems for the workers participation to form public policies and objectives of textile companies and weak of communication channels between workers in various departments of the textile industry.
3. Lack of efficiency of employees due to lack of training systems and demonstrating the creative spirit of workers.
Search Objectives: To set strategic planning for the preparation of the learner and full capacity worker has the ability to contribute and interact positively with the variables of the age, using the concepts of knowledge economy.
