Abstract

A piano duet is composed by two players who play together at the same time on one piano either using four hands, or using three hands , and this performance is unique in its kind because it is the only type of piano duet Musical confrontation in which two people use the full resources of one instrument at the same time.
The research includes: Introduction - Research Problem - Research objectives - Research importance - Research questions - Limitations - Research methodology - Research sample - Research tools - Research terms - Arab and foreign previous studies ,The research was divided into two parts:

1-The theoretical framework is divided into:-
The first axis: a brief overview of the one piano duo of four hands in the nineteenth century, and some educational authors of this template in that period.
The second axis: the researcher deals in this axis:
A) The educational and technical importance of studying the compositions of one piano duo for four hands.
B) The basic skills that must be available in pianists of two piano compositions, one for four hands.
The third axis: a brief biography of the German author Eugen d' Albert (1864 - 1932) and his most famous works.

2-The application framework is divided into:-
The first axis: the general guidelines that both musicians must follow.
The second axis: the instrumental analysis of the research sample pieces
