The effectiveness of an electronic guidance program to enhance employees’ awareness of family and childhood institutions of green human resources management practices and its impact on maintaining balanced and sustainable performance

Abstract

The research aims to prepare and implement the effectiveness of an electronic program via the “Zoom” application to develop the awareness of workers in family and childhood institutions about green human resources management practices in its five axes (green recruitment, selection, and employment, green training and development, green development, green performance management and evaluation, green incentives, compensation, and rewards, and green integration. And energy conservation) and its impact on improving sustainable balanced performance as an input to competitive advantage in service institutions in its three dimensions. (Sustainable environmental performance, sustainable social performance, sustainable economic performance). The basic research sample consisted of (480) employees, and the experimental study sample consisted of (120) individuals from the lower quartile of the same basic research sample and with the same conditions of those with low awareness of green human resource management practices and achieving balanced, sustainable performance. They were selected in a purposive manner from different socio-economic levels. They applied to them a general data form, a questionnaire about employees’ awareness of green human resources management practices, a questionnaire for achieving sustainable balanced performance, an electronic program for employees about green human resources management practices, The research used the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method. The results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the employees of the basic research sample in the responses to the questionnaire on employees
