“Developing technical specifications to design sustainable clothing for short women that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements using artificial intelligence”
Abstract:
This research aimed to; identify the characteristics of the body style of short women, determine the technical specifications for designing sustainable clothing for them, and designing sustainable clothing for short women using artificial intelligence, as well as identifying the percentage of measuring the opinions of specialists and consumers of the proposed designs.
The limitations of the research included “women’s clothing, sustainable clothing, short women, and artificial intelligence”. The research used the descriptive analytical methodology with application.
The sample of the research consisted of both specialists of faculty members of the Fashion Design Department at the College of Design, Qassim University and the corresponding colleges, and the female consumers, meaning women of short stature.
The results of the research concluded the design of (10) clothing designs, represented in five multi-use clothing styles. Each style includes two clothing designs that can be worn in more than one design vision by wearing them in either the reversed style or changing some of the clothing items attached to the ten designs. They were drawn by applying artificial intelligence, “Imagine” program.
