Attitudes of tweeters on the x network (formerly twitter) towards the Israeli war on Gaza 2023- an analytical study

Abstract
The study sought to identify the nature of the discussions taking place on Network X regarding the Israeli war on Gaza 2023 by analyzing the form and content of a sample of tweets.
The study belongs to the descriptive studies that relied on the survey methodology (available sample) due to the difficulty of the comprehensive survey of everything mentioned in X about the war on Gaza, using the content analysis sheet as a tool for the study, and the (tweet) was considered the unit of analysis, and the analytical study sample included (10,300) tweets during the period from October 8 to November 24, 2023 Within the hashtags (#Flood-Al-Aqsa, #Gaza-Now, #Gaza-Under-bombardment), based in its theoretical framework on the theory of the "public sphere".
The study concluded several results, the most important of which are:
-The most prominent detailed topics in the study's tweets were "killing and terrorizing Palestinian children" (23.3%), followed by "bombing hospitals" (18.4%), "Gaza siege and humanitarian aid" in third place (16%), "boycott", "Egypt is a red line" (11.7%), "Cairo Peace Summit" in fifth place (10.7%), and "negotiations and resolving the prisoners' problem" (8.2%).
- The "positive pro-Palestinian resistance" trend dominated the tweets of users of the "X" network, coming in first place, followed by the "neutral" trend, and then the "negative trend against the Palestinian resistance" in last place.
- ‘’Logical grooming" topped the study's tweets (72.2%), followed by "emotional grooming" in second place (27.77%).
