Administrative creativity and its relationship to choosing furniture and its complements among a sample of housewives

Abstract

The research mainly aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between administrative creativity and its relationship to the selection of furniture and its complements among a sample of housewives. The problem of the research was identified in revealing the nature of the relationship between administrative creativity and the selection of furniture and its complements among a sample of (300) housewives who were selected in a random, purposive manner from levels Various economic and social studies from Al-Ahsa Governorate in Saudi Arabia, and Al-Gharbiyah Governorate in Egypt in the period from 9/1/2023 to 12/1/2023. The research tool consisted of: a general data form for female heads of household, an administrative creativity questionnaire, and a furniture selection and supplements questionnaire. This research followed the descriptive approach. Analytical, the data was analyzed and statistical treatments were performed using the Spss program to extract the results. The most important results reached by the research were:
- There is a positive correlation between the administrative creativity of the heads of household in its four dimensions (originality - fluency - flexibility - the ability to analyze and solve problems) and between the choice of furniture and its complements in its three dimensions (the functional aspect - the economic aspect - the aesthetic aspect) among the heads of households in the study sample.
