Abstract

The current research aims to measure the effectiveness of multimedia using the "Telegram" application in teaching the preparation and execution of advanced sleeve patterns to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing through sign language. It also seeks to assess the effectiveness of multimedia, through the "Telegram" application, in imparting the knowledge and skills related to the preparation and execution of advanced sleeve patterns to the deaf and hard of hearing using sign language. Finally, the research aims to explore the opinions of trainees regarding the use of multimedia through the "Telegram" application in learning the skills of preparing and executing advanced sleeve patterns.

The study sample consisted of 20 trainees, and the research tools included an achievement test, a skills test, a rating scale, and a questionnaire to gauge trainees' opinions on the use of multimedia in learning and executing advanced sleeve patterns for individuals with hearing impairments. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the effectiveness of multimedia in enhancing the knowledge and skills of individuals with hearing impairments in preparing and executing certain advanced sleeve patterns. Additionally, the study found that trainees held positive opinions toward the electronic environment. The study recommends the development of more educational electronic environments tailored for the deaf and hard of hearing, expanding to other educational fields and providing a diverse range of content that better meets their educational needs.
