The aesthetic values of the formative elements in insects as a source of inspiration in contemporary Drawing and Painting.

Abstract

The research aims to reveal the artistic and aesthetic values ​​of the formative elements in insects, including (butterflies). And to reach various experimental approaches that are useful in enriching contemporary Drawing and Painting. Also to contemplate and reflect on the verses of God and His creatures, and to dive into the depths of nature that have not yet been discovered.
     The research is useful in investing the artistic and formative values ​​in insects, including (butterflies). And to find new intellectual approaches that depend on the analytical study of the artistic values ​​of butterflies and what they include of formal, color and aesthetic relationships, which are useful in the field of Drawing and Painting. And it works to develop the aesthetic sense of the recipient.
     The current study is limited to addressing the artistic and aesthetic values ​​of butterflies; to reach new artistic approaches that are useful in enriching contemporary Drawing and Painting. Where oil, acrylic and water colors are used on various sizes of canvas or treated papers.
      The results of the research were to reach the artistic and aesthetic values ​​of the formative elements in (butterflies), and to reach various experimental approaches that are useful in enriching contemporary Drawing and Painting. And to show the extent of the diversity of sources of inspiration in butterflies with their compositions and color, shape and texture rhythms.
       The research also recommends further studies on studying the artistic values ​​in the works of many creatures, in order to reach artistic approaches that are useful in enriching contemporary Drawing and Painting. And to encourage such scientific research that links nature, science and art.
