Abstract

ducation is one of the fields that can constantly change and adapt to meet the needs of learners, with changing learning habits of learners by new technologies that allow each of them the opportunity to learn according to their own speed.
Education had to adapt to those new habits, Where it is no longer possible to rely only on the traditional model in education, which receives the learner information lesson through the explanation and lecture within the classroom of the teacher directly, The learner performs educational duties to deepen the important concepts in the home alone, which does not take into account individual differences of learners.
The flipped classroom is a strategy in which the learner receives information and explanations in the home and solves the educational duties and deepen the concepts within the classroom with the help of the teacher and his peers from the learners, This strategy is based on reflecting the role of the home and the role of the school to take the role of the other. The students can watch the educational films at home quickly and at the right time, where they can re-see the explanation of a certain point more than once, and also accelerate the presentation of the film to reach what is required.
Through the researcher's work as a faculty member in the Department of Educational Technology in the Faculty of Specific Education - University of Kafr al-Sheikh and the teaching of a course Introduction to computers found that the use of the traditional method of teaching make the role of the learner negatively and does not have the opportunity to participate in the teaching situation and thus reach the learner to the case of Boredom without taking into account the individual differences between learners, The use of traditional methods reduces opportunities to enhance and evaluate the learner's response, So the researcher thought to use a modern strategy that allows the learner the opportunity to participate actively in the teaching situation and allow the learner to learn according to his own speed and provide him with the opportunity to strengthen and evaluate his learning and access to learning fun, so the researcher used the strategy of flipped classroom.
The purpose of this study is to study the impact of the interaction between the types of reinforcement (immediate vs. delayed) and the evaluation methods (formative versus final evaluation) used in the inverted classroom on the cognitive achievement of students of educational technology.
The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the group that used the immediate reinforcement method with the formative in the flipped classroom.
