Abstract

 
esearch Objectives: The aim of the research is to identify obstacles to the use of special education technology that can confront teachers, school administration and curriculum.
Research Sample: The current research sample is composed of teachers and students with special needs (learning difficulties, hearing disabilities, motor disabilities) of 45 teachers, educational technology specialists and directors of schools with special needs.
  Statistical methods: frequency, percentage, mean arithmetic and test (t).

The results showed several results, the most important of which are: the existence of obstacles to the employment of educational technology facing the teachers of learning difficulties in the primary stage in the city of Makkah. These obstacles include the teacher, the school administration, and the curriculum.
There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample Teachers of learning difficulties in the primary stage according to variable age variable training courses, there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research sample on the obstacles to the use of technology of education for special needs facing teachers and students in this category Light their requirements.
Research recommendations: The research is recommended for several reasons, most important of which are: Attention to the removal of obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the use of educational techniques in the educational process, providing training and rehabilitation opportunities for teachers, especially in the use of educational technology innovations; the need to equip the classroom with all the requirements of using educational techniques; The need for a special education technology specialist in each institute, the need to activate the role of the resource center for learning in all educational institutions for people with special needs, to prepare a specialized program It provides teachers with special needs with everything that is new in the field of educational technology, applications and technologies.
