Abstract

The aim of the research is to build a training program to develop the knowledge and skills of the female breadwinner on the use of reengineering in engineering and re-engineering the structural design of old clothes, in line with modern fashion standards and the quality of performance that is critical in saving time, effort and cost, and promoting production and productivity efficiency, in order to measure the effectiveness of the program Training and attempt to meet the needs of the trainees and facilitate and simplify the access of information, and the research sample consisted of (20) women, and the application was carried out at the Social Affairs House in Hawin - Barakat al-Sabaa - Menoufia. The pre and post test was applied to the research sample under study, and the study found statistically significant differences between The average grades of the trainees in the knowledge and skills of the training program in favor of the post-application, which indicates the importance of the training program in developing the cognitive and skill aspects of reenengneering and structural re-design in the creation and creation of new designs from old clothes
