Extension Educational program Resulted From Studying Family Problems Caused by Home Quarantine During Corona Pandemic and Associated Factors in Alexandria City

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the family problems caused by the domestic ban during the Corona pandemic and the factors associated with it.
The personal interview questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data related to this research from a deliberate sample of 150 mothers of families who have children and residing at home during the period of the domestic ban of the Corona pandemic, whether housewives or workers who stayed in their homes and whom the ban was applied to them according to ministerial instructions in Alexandria.
The data was statistically unloaded and analyzed using percentages, arithmetic mean and standard deviation to show the differences between the sample members through the (SPSS-V23) program.
Pearson's correlation coefficient and chi/K-square were also used to test the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables of the research sample and the significant differences were tested at the significance level of 0.05, 0.01 and 0.001
: The results of the study resulted in the following
1- The existence of marital mismatch among a quarter of the research sample due to the difference in the economic and educational level, and nearly one-fifth of the sample respondents reported the existence of marital mismatch due to the difference in the social and occupational level
(61,33%of the sample respondents during the period of home ban for the Corona pandemic
