Abstract:
The research aimed to study the impact of using smart phones on developing management skills.
The research was conducted on: (60) female students in the second year of middle school, divided into two groups, the first an experimental group, numbering (30) students, and the second a control group, numbering (30) students. The teacher’s guide and the student’s activity booklet were prepared according to the use of smart phones, and then the research tools of In a cognitive test for administrative skills, then transcribed, tabulated, tabulated, and statistically analyzed using SPSS. This research follows the quasi-experimental approach.
The most important results indicated that there is an impact and effectiveness of using smart phones in developing the administrative skills of second-year middle school girls.

The most important research recommendations were to pay attention to school curricula and work to develop them through the use of smart phones and modern technologies, the use of smart phones in teaching home economics and their generalization in teaching other subjects, holding training courses for home economics teachers to train them on how to use smart phones, 5.
