Abstract

The digital age has presented new challenges for education and music. Students are increasingly distracted and difficult to engage, and rapid technological advances are placing new demands on teachers. Artificial intelligence has the potential to play a significant role in supporting students in education, providing continuous guidance and support, improving student outcomes, and enhancing their motivation to learn.

Damietta University's Faculty of Specific Education has seen a significant increase in the number of international students. This has both positive and negative implications for the educational process. On the positive side, it contributes to the diversity of students' cultural and intellectual backgrounds and promotes education in remote areas. On the negative side, it can be difficult for international students to communicate and interact with faculty, and they are more likely to experience learning difficulties and physical and psychological injuries.

This study presents an innovative approach to using one of the most prominent current AI tools, ChatGPT, to support students in answering their questions during study sessions and while traveling. The study used an experimental approach and implemented a two-group design. The results analysis indicated that using a chatbot based on the ChatGPT API can help students answer their questions during study sessions without having to wait or continue studying without knowing how to overcome the problem and wait until the next class meeting. The researcher also found that the answers can be helpful for teachers who need to gain more experience
