A Comparative Study of The Nutritional Quality Care Between Kafr El-Sheikh General Hospital and Qalin Central and Dessouk General Hospitals and Its Relationship To Patient Satisfaction

Abstract

The Current Research Mainly Aimed To Study The Quality of Nutritional Care in Its Dimensions (Tangibility - Reliability - Responsiveness - Empathy) Between Kafr El-Sheikh General Hospital and Qalin Central and Dessouk General Hospitals and Its Relationship To Patient Satisfaction.
The Research Used The Descriptive Analytical Approach, and The Research Sample Consisted of (90) Patients, and The Research Tools Consisting of (A General Patient Data Form, A Questionnaire About The Quality of Nutritional Care From The Patients’ Point of View, and A Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire Within The Hospital) Were Applied To Them.
The Most Important Results of The Research Concluded That The Level of Quality of Nutritional Care With Regard To The Overall Dimensions From The Point of View of The Research Sample Members Themselves Was (High) Within Kafr El-Sheikh General Hospital and Qalin Central and Dessouk General Hospitals. It Became Clear That There Was A Difference Between The Members of The Research Sample Detained in Kafr El-Sheikh Hospital and Individuals. The Research Sample Detained at Qalin Central Hospital, With A Difference Between The Two Arithmetic Means Amounting To 5.7667, in Favor of The Research Sample Individuals Detained at Qalin Central Hospital, Which Is A Statistically Significant Difference at The Significance Level of 0.001. It Also Appeared That There Is A Difference Between The Members of The Research Sample Detained at Dessouk General Hospital and The Individuals of The Research Sample Detained at Qalin Central Hospital.
