The current study aimed to identify the relationship between the soft skills of spouses and family performance management. The study sample consisted of (350) individuals (males and females) from a Saudi family. The researcher used the soft skills scale and the family performance management scale to collect data. The researcher reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in soft skills (personal skills, social skills, life skills) and family performance management (social and psychological performance, marital performance, educational performance, domestic performance) according to the variables of the study (Gender, educational level, age, occupation, duration of marriage, number of family members, monthly income) in favor of females, high educational level, age 45 years and over, workers in government jobs, marriage duration 15 years or more, The number of people is less than 4 people, high monthly income . There was also a positive correlation between the axes of the soft skills questionnaire and the axes of the family performance management questionnaire. It also indicated that the most influential variable on both soft skills and family performance management was the educational level. It also clarified that the relative weight of the soft skills axes was personal skills, then life skills, and finally social skills. In addition, the relative weight of the family performance management axes was social and psychological performance, then educational performance, then marital performance, and finally home performance.
