Abstract

Virtual classrooms represent an electronic educational environment that enables students and teachers to interact . providing new opportunities for teaching arts such as ceramic sculpture, due to the effective and organized use of interactive technological tools and innovations in teaching methods and approaches. With this technological development of communication methods that have created a very rapid historical leap that contributes to reducing spatial boundaries and temporal differences, as this technological development of communication methods has affected, alternative solutions had to be found for the effectiveness of distance education and teaching, especially in applied subjects such as sculpture and ceramic sculpture, which depends on special skill and application. The current research aims to identify one of the patterns of virtual classrooms for modern technological methods and their employment by realizing the three-dimensional formative concepts of first-year students in the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Specific Education, Kafr El-Sheikh University, using virtual classrooms (asynchronous). The current research is based on the experimental approach and quasi-experimental design. The research group was limited to first-year students in the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Specific Education, Kafr El-Sheikh University. An observation card was prepared by the researcher and applied to the experimental group (asynchronous) before and after, using appropriate statistical methods. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group (asynchronous) on the observation card axes for formative skills in favor of the pre-post measurement in favor of the post measurement.
