Abstract

This research aimed to explore the impact of using intelligent chatbots, as one of the most prominent applications of artificial intelligence, on reducing digital stress in a mobile learning environment among educational technology students. Additionally, the study sought to examine the ability of chatbots to enhance student interaction with educational content and alleviate physical and psychological pressures faced by these students. To achieve this, the researchers conducted the study on a random sample of 30 second - year students from the Educational Technology and Computer Science Department during the first semester of the 2024 / 2025 academic year. The researchers employed both descriptive and quasi-experimental methodologies, utilizing various tools, including personal interviews and a digital stress scale, to analyze responses and derive results. The study's findings highlighted the significant impact of intelligent chatbots in reducing digital stress among educational technology students through their integration into a mobile learning environment .
