The reality of the practice of female principals of public education schools in Bisha Governorate of excellence management standards in light of the European Excellence Model (EFQM).

This research aims to study the application of excellence management standards in light of the European Excellence Model (EFQM) by female principals of public education schools in Bisha Governorate. The results showed that the average application of excellence standards was at an average level in most dimensions, with excellence in some respects such as operations management and performance results. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the application of excellence standards based on variables such as educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses.
The second hypothesis was achieved, which indicates the presence of statistically significant differences between the sample estimates in various dimensions related to leadership, policies and strategies, resources, operations, student affairs, and school staff satisfaction. The results indicate that continuous training, educational qualification, and practical experience play an important role in improving the application of excellence standards within schools.
Based on these results, it is recommended to enhance continuous professional training for female principals, with a focus on developing leadership and administrative skills, especially in the aspects of operations and policies. Continuous learning and development opportunities should also be provided for school principals to enhance the application of excellence standards in line with the European Excellence Model.
